Adult Despair Dragon
A dragon that hoards terror instead of gold feeds on hopelessness, growing stronger each time despair drains from a frightened victim.
Fear is among the most powerful of emotions, and the despair dragon has made itself a master of it — feeding on terror and hopelessness the way other dragons hoard gold. Like all occult dragons it is driven by an innate compulsion, and the despair dragon's is the simplest and cruelest: to strike dread into everything that lives.
