A humble noodle cart parked exactly where it shouldn't be, its broth pot wired to something far less appetizing. Jostle it wrong and the whole thing goes up in a storm of scalding shrapnel.

Effect The cart explodes in a 40-foot radius, dealing 10d6 fire damage and 10d6 piercing damage to all creatures within the area (DC 36 basic Reflex save). Creatures who fail their save against this effect are also covered in “noodles” of tar and other sticky alchemical substances that make the creature clumsy 2 until they spend at least an hour scrubbing the noodles off.
