If you spent one action, you Launch the siege weapon and Strike with your firearm or crossbow in any order, using the same multiple attack penalty for both attacks. If you spent two actions, you Load the siege engine and Interact to reload your firearm or crossbow in any order, and don’t need a free hand to do so.
