Automatic:

A seething carpet of crawling, buzzing vermin rises underfoot, letting a caster listen through countless tiny ears while steering its crawl.

A single body dissolves into buzzing swarm-bodies, squeezing through gaps and crawling over foes to sicken them, weak against area attacks.

Domain of insects, vermin, and the overwhelming might of countless tiny creatures acting as one. Clerics sense through swarms and transform into swarm form.
