Stunning Flare

A lantern wisp can flare into a blinding burst of flame and light, leaving nearby foes sightless and then dazzled in its wake.

common

Your lantern wisp unleashes a large burst of flame, casting an unnaturally bright light. Each creature within a 15-foot emanation must attempt a Fortitude save against your class DC or spell DC, whichever is higher, or be blinded for 1 round and then dazzled for 2 rounds after.
