Once per day, this tactic lets a commander rally her squad's resolve, breaking mental holds and restraints gripping herself or her allies.
Frequency once per day
You raise your banner high with a reminder of what you and your allies truly fight for, granting them unshakable conviction. For yourself and each squadmate in your banner’s aura when you use this tactic, you can attempt to counteract one effect affecting that creature. Your counteract modifier is your Warfare Lore modifier. The effect must have the mental trait or impose the clumsy, controlled, fleeing, frightened, grabbed, immobilized, paralyzed, restrained, slowed, or stunned condition.
