Pure Legion enforcers stand against the encroachment of religion into Rahadoum. You sniff out illegal divine magic and take care of those who carry it into your country. To protect yourself and carry out your duties, you ward yourself against gods-given abilities. Outside of Rahadoum, you probably still find the divine to be distasteful but are not obliged to destroy it at all costs.
