A dockworker's daughter fighting the same fights her parents fought, with better legal footing and worse odds. Runs petition drives, shows up at every council meeting, and has learned to lose gracefully because losing is most weeks' business. Doesn't trust capes on principle — powers never saved anybody's pension — but she'll work alongside the team if they prove useful, and she keeps score of who does.
Appearance: Weatherproof jacket over a faded union tee, a clipboard worn soft at the corners, boots built for standing on a picket line all day. Squares her shoulders before every knock on a door.
