A reformed villain caught, tonight, right at the edge of falling back. Hasn't committed the crime yet — stands at the exact moment of the choice, and the team walks straight into it. This isn't quite the Sympathetic Villain; it's that same story, running in slow motion, and how the team handles it decides whether he goes the rest of the way down.
Signature moves: rationalize out loud, demonstrate the old toolkit, ask the team for a reason not to, lash out at whoever's judging him.
Defeated by: Comfort or Support that actually lands.
Appearance: An old villain costume half-changed into civilian clothes, one glove still on, colors caught between two identities; a face caught mid-decision.
