An elevated freight spur turned ribbon park, cutting three miles through the city's middle at second-story height. The recovery's favorite photo op — joggers, first dates, a harbor view nobody had before. Also completely exposed, which makes it either the worst place in Solace to throw a punch, or, if you're trying to be seen, the very best.
Appearance: An elevated rail bed converted to a ribbon-thin park, old ties and ballast stone still visible under new plank decking, sightlines open to the harbor on both sides. Nothing up here offers cover — just light, wind, and a long view down.
