The two-year school on the wrong side of the Petrel Line, built for the kids whose families need them working sooner than a four-year degree allows. No superhuman-studies program here, no landing pad, no mention in a single Longwatch press release — and its students have plenty to say about that. What it does have: night classes, a food pantry nobody advertises, and an advising office that's quietly walked a lot of teenagers through a very bad year.
Appearance: A low, boxy campus of tan brick and aluminum-frame windows, parking lots bigger than any of the buildings, a single flagpole out front. Hallways stay lit late into the evening for the classes nobody else scheduled around.
