Teleport

Instantly transports you and up to eight willing creatures within range, or a single Large or smaller object, to a known destination on the same plane. Success depends on familiari...

Granted Features
Automatic:
Bonus-action teleportation up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see; no concentration or action recovery required. Enables repositioning or escape without concentration cost, unlike longer-range teleports. Search fit: escape without provoking opportunity attacks, swift repositioning, bonus-action mobility.
Teleport yourself and one willing creature within 5 feet to any location within 500 feet that you can see, visualize, or describe by distance and direction; the teleportation fails and both arrive at your current location taking 4d6 force damage if the destination is occupied. Search fit: precise teleportation, occupied space collision, action economy mobility, long-range relocation.
Draws a 5-foot-radius circle inscribed with sigils linking to a permanent teleportation circle on the same plane; portal remains open until end of your next turn, transporting any creature within 5 feet of destination. Requires knowing the destination circle's sigil sequence; you learn two sequences on the Material Plane when you gain the spell, and can memorize additional sequences during play. Can create permanent circles by casting daily for 365 days.

This spell instantly transports you and up to eight willing creatures that you can see within range, or a single object that you can see within range, to a destination you select. If you target an object, it must be Large or smaller, and it can't be held or carried by an unwilling creature. The destination you choose must be known to you, and it must be on the same plane of existence as you. Your familiarity with the destination determines whether you arrive there successfully. The GM rolls 1d100 and consults the Teleportation Outcome table and the explanations after it.
