Clairvoyance

3rd-level divination creating an invisible, invulnerable sensor you perceive through as if standing in its space; choose seeing or hearing on cast, swap between them as a bonus act...

Granted Features
Automatic:
A 1-minute cast and concentration (up to 10 minutes) that creates an invisible intangible sensor within 10 feet of a target creature on the same plane. You see and hear through the sensor, which moves with the target; the target resists with a Wisdom save modified by your knowledge (−5 for extensive, +5 for secondhand) and physical connection (−10 for hair or body part, −4 for possession, −2 for likeness). Requires a 1000+ GP focus. Alternatively targets a location you've seen, creating a stationary sensor.
Creates an invisible, invulnerable hovering eye within 30 feet that transmits visual information to you for concentration up to 1 hour. Moves 30 feet per bonus action, sees in all directions with 30-foot darkvision, and squeezes through openings as small as 1 inch. Search fit: scouting without exposure, remote surveillance, bypassing tight spaces.

You create an Invisible sensor within range in a location familiar to you (a place you have visited or seen before) or in an obvious location that is unfamiliar to you (such as behind a door, around a corner, or in a grove of trees). The intangible, invulnerable sensor remains in place for the duration. When you cast the spell, choose seeing or hearing. You can use the chosen sense through the sensor as if you were in its space. As a Bonus Action, you can switch between seeing and hearing. A creature that sees the sensor (such as a creature benefiting from See Invisibility or Truesight) sees a luminous orb about the size of your fist.
