Know Thaumaturgy cantrip at the start. Cast Hellish Rebuke as 2nd-level spell once per long rest starting at 3rd level, and Darkness once per long rest starting at 5th level, with Charisma as spellcasting ability. Search fit: infernal spellcasting, tiered cantrip and spell access, charisma-based magic.

Tieflings bear the mark of infernal heritage — humanoids with fiendish blood running in their veins.
