Automatic:

Choose one of six giant lineage boons at the end of each long rest—Cloud's Jaunt (bonus-action 30-foot teleport), Fire's Burn (1d10 fire on hit), Frost's Chill (1d6 cold + 10-foot speed reduction on hit), Hill's Tumble (knock Large or smaller creature prone on hit), Stone's Endurance (Reaction: 1d12 + CON to reduce damage taken), or Storm's Thunder (Reaction: 1d8 thunder to attacker within 60 feet). Usable a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Channel giant ancestry at level 5 to grow from Medium to Large as a bonus action for 10 minutes, gaining advantage on Strength checks and +10 feet walking speed. Usable once per long rest. Search fit: giant ancestry, size growth, bonus action, Strength advantage.

Carrying capacity and weight limits (push, drag, lift) increase as if you were one size category larger. Search fit: carrying capacity, load limits, pushing and dragging weight.

Distant kin of giants, goliaths carry the inheritance of their towering ancestors in size, strength, and lineage.
