The tower stretches impossibly high, its upper floors lost in low clouds on grey days. Built from dark stone veined with silver, it hums faintly when touched. The interior spirals upward through increasingly strange rooms — a library where books shelve themselves, an observatory with a lens that sees other planes, and a garden that grows on the ceiling. The diviner at the top speaks in riddles and charges in memories rather than gold.
