A network of natural caves inhabited by a colony of giant spiders and their prey. Cocoons of previous adventurers line the deeper tunnels.
Thick webs stretch across the cave mouth like a translucent curtain, vibrating faintly in unfelt drafts. Beyond, bioluminescent fungi cast a sickly green-blue light on walls slick with moisture. The caves branch and twist unpredictably, some passages narrowing to crawl spaces before opening into vast chambers draped in layers of webbing. Wrapped cocoons hang from the ceiling in clusters — most are animal-sized, but some are disturbingly humanoid. Clicking sounds echo from the darkness.
