While holding this wand, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls determined by the wand's rarity: +1 (Uncommon), +2 (Rare), or +3 (Very Rare). In addition, you ignore Half Cover when making a spell attack roll. The wand is also a Spellcasting Focus for your spells.
